VHealth

This policy explains what data the VHealth app collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

Account details: your name, email, phone number, country, password (stored hashed) and profile photo if you add one.
Google or Apple sign-in: we receive only your name, email and account identifier — never your password for those services.
Car details: make, model, year, licence plate, VIN, car photo and odometer readings.
Maintenance records: dates, services, workshops, costs, and the invoices and files you upload.
Device data: a push notification token (FCM) so we can send reminders to your device.

How we use your data

To run your account and show your cars, maintenance history and spending.
To estimate how much you drive, predict when services are due and send reminders.
To send verification and password reset emails.
To answer your questions and improve the app.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share the minimum data needed with the providers that run the app: Google and Apple for sign-in, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and our hosting provider, which stores your data. We may disclose data when the law requires it.

Security

Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to data is limited to authorised staff.

Retention and account deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app or from the Delete account page on our website. The account is closed immediately and permanently deleted with all its data after 30 days; signing in during that period restores it.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the app, and ask us for a copy of it or for its deletion by contacting us.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will let you know in the app about any significant change.
