These terms govern your use of the VHealth app. By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

• Your details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• You must be 18 or older to use the app.

What the service is

VHealth helps you track your car’s maintenance and organise its records. Suggested service dates are estimates based on the data you enter and how much you drive; they do not replace the manufacturer’s recommendations or an inspection by a qualified workshop.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the app for anything unlawful.
• Don’t upload harmful files or content you don’t have the right to use.
• Don’t try to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.

Your content

The data and invoices you add are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damage resulting from relying on reminders or estimates, or for interruptions beyond our control.

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
