Delete your account
You can delete your VHealth account and all the data linked to it at any time.
Delete from the app
- Open VHealth and sign in.
- Go to “Profile”.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm, and enter your password if you signed up with an email.
What gets deleted
- Account details: name, email, phone number and profile photo.
- Your cars, odometer readings and service schedules.
- Maintenance records, expenses and attached invoices.
- Notifications and registered device tokens.
We don’t keep any of this data after permanent deletion, except where the law requires us to.
30-day grace period
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device. After 30 days the account and all its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Signing in during this period restores your account as it was.
No longer have the app?
Email us from the address registered on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”, and we will delete the account and all its data within 30 days of confirming the request.
